I'm not usually nuts about figural beads but these were so fabulous I just couldn't resist!
The end of each of these hair pins is adorned with a scrumptious light sapphire blue, cream, brown and black lampwork bead in the shape of the sweetest little bird, hand crafted by the glass artists of Karma Beads, nestled into a Turkish 22kt. gold vermeil filigree bead cap. A Swarovski Light Sapphire bicone crystal, topped with an ornate Turkish vermeil filigree bead cap, sits below. Gold plated heishi beads complete the design. The hair sticks are elegantly carved wood, hand painted in satiny light sapphire blue under layers of protective clear enamel. These archived, one-of-a-kind special edition LongLocks Blue Birds RapunzelStix hair accessories measure approximately 7 5/8" from end to end.
