Not yet, being only 13 I haven't even a passport. But my father goes, and one of my sisters has been. My father always gets teased because his name is Kermit, we have to explain our German backgound whenever someone inquires of it. I just love the trinkets Dad brings back. The hand-carved music boxs, that aren't really boxes at all

, the candies, and in the most beautifully wrapped parcels! You are so luckey to live there, when I am grown I plan to move there myself.

The next time I go speak to my lawyer (which hopefully won't be anytime soon), I'll ask him what he thinks about it. If he says a disclaimer will do the job, I'm all for it!

That's interesting, because a lot of boards have swaps, and I don't think they checked if it would be wrong... I've often wondered if it was okay to send items that are not yours, especially if you are selling them. I'd be interested to know what your lawyer says!
