Hey guys, I'm growing out my hair and am worried about my nutrition affecting my hair. I have had an eating disorder for a very long time and I want to combat the affects of this on my hair. I take ultra nourish hair vitamins from gnc but what other vitamins should I take? Thank you so much

Yo might want to ask your doctor, a dietician or a nutritionist. Smiley  Me personally, I take a low dose of Biotin.  It is good for the hair, skin and nails.

Nutrition certainly does have some effect on hair loss, the amount of nutrients the cells absorb,Proteins are required by our body for tissue and cell repair and growth, remember to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water per day. Vegetables, salads and fruits take this a best for a health, the average daily diet should contain 30% proteins from various sources to maintain good health, protein intake is utilized for skin and hair replacement.
