I wonder if she's at terminal length?

I went through the video a couple of times. My Chinese comprehension is pretty bad since we never spoke it at home, and she speaks with a pretty thick Beijing accent, but I think I got a few things out of the conversation.
Her dad liked to keep her hair very short, and she's been growing it out since college. About 12 years, is what I think she said. She says she's never thought about cutting her hair, because she loves it. I think after that they talk a bit about whether or not she played sports, and what her friends think of her hair. Of course, most of what she rambled on in response to these questions, I didn't get.
