There is only one single stick special order version of this design available.
Hand crafted lampwork beads are painstakingly created one at a time by bead artists using specialized glass and a high temperature propane torch. Each bead has its own character and is in itself a work of art. A true bead artist brings incredible depth to each bead, and each artist has their own signature style. Indeed the designs, and even the beads themselves, are as individual and as varied as the artists who create them.
The end of each of these hair accessories is adorned with a mesmerizing periwinkle, sapphire blue, violet, gold and pink lampwork lentil bead, hand crafted by glass artist Deborah Pierce, nestled between two silver plated filigree bead caps and into a double-ended Turkish sterling silver fluted bead cap. A Swarovski Sapphire bicone crystal sits below. Silver plated heishi beads complete the design. The hair sticks are elegantly carved bone, hand painted in an ultra-pearlescent gossamer design of periwinkle and sapphire blue, under layers of protective clear enamel. These one-of-a-kind special edition LongLocks hair accessories measure 5 3/4" long from end to end.
