There are only two special order versions of this design available.
Hand crafted lampwork beads are painstakingly created one at a time by bead artists using specialized glass and a high temperature propane torch. Each bead has its own character and is in itself a work of art. A true bead artist brings incredible depth to each bead, and each artist has their own signature style. Indeed the designs, and even the beads themselves, are as individual and as varied as the artists who create them.
The end of each of these hair accessories is adorned with a divine encased dove grey and rose pink twisted cane lampwork bead, hand crafted by glass artist Bill Grout, nestled into a Turkish sterling silver filigree bead cap. A Swarovski Light Rose Aurora Borealis margarita (flower shaped) crystal occupies the center position. A Swarovski Light Rose bicone crystal, topped with an ornate Turkish sterling silver filigree bead cap, sits below. Silver plated heishi beads complete the design. The hair sticks are intricately engraved bone, hand painted in satiny light rose pink and detailed in sparkling silver under layers of protective clear enamel. These one-of-a-kind hair special edition LongLocks hair accessories measure 6" long from end to end.
