Yep, that describes me.

The mane is halfway down my back, wavey reddish/blonde.

Looks like rope when it's plaited ;D

I've had a number of people mention how much my hair can look like rope - especially when I twist it like a rope (not braided or plaited). :-/ I guess the color of my hair is close to some twine or ropes. I'm never really sure if I should take the comment as an insult or compliment. :P
