I've been so busy browsing that I forgot to make an introduction.

This is a lovely board and I'm looking forward to participating.

Hair relevant stuff is that I've always, from childhood loved long hair but after having a long ponytail until I was nine I got side tracked - everywhichaway.

Before I finally decided to make the push for growing I had a semi buzz cut for almost ten years.  'Nuff of that, I want it long, as long as possible.  I'm fighting menopause and age now but hope to be able to put in some good growth anyway.  Hormonal changes are giving me quit a challenge with major sheds everytime I change my dosages.

On a personal level.  I've been married for 34 years and still loving it.  I don't have children, by choice, although I think highly of people who do and make a good job of it.  I am a total animal nut, with a two dog minimum at all times.  Love to do artwork, read, run.

I tend to be very annoying to a lot of people although I'm told I grow on ya - kinda like a fungus.

I sympathize with you on the menopausal shedding.   :P  I think I am finally through the worst of it, but still shed more than I would like.

My partner and I have a petting zoo.  It's what happens when suckers work and volunteer at the animal shelter.  But at least I can always say they leave more hair around the house than I do.

I am also an animal lover - I have two cats and can't wait to move to a house so we can get a dog. I always stop the car to pet the cows :-)
