Counting to three and the look always worked with mine, now that they are nearly 17 and 19 I threaten them with packing their bags and kicking them out.   8)

Unfortunately, with three men in the house, I developed the "voice"...as good as the "look", however I have to remember to stop using it on the patrons where I work when they don't hear me.   I had one guy come running.  :-[

hehe, yup the "voice" goes with it too, however in my case I do use it occasionally in my line of work -- usually for my own self-preservation and that of my fainting/falling patient. It keeps 'em upright until I can get a chair or bed under them ::)
