Title: probably a silly question.... Post by Ophelia on Jan 28th, 2006 at 7:48pm
hi!!!
I want to start a CO routine and I know I'll probably need to do an apple cider vinegar rinse to get rid of build-up but I'm clueless about what order to do it in. Do I clarify before the first conditioner or in the middle or after the second conditioner? Also, do I rinse after the acv rinse? Thanks so much for your help! Ophelia |

Vinegar rinses can be done at any time. I prefer to do mine between my shampoo and conditioner. As a child, however, my mother always had us do a vinegar or lemon juice rinse after conditioning.
A little experimentation will tell you what works best for your hair and hair products. |

Thanks Bikerbraid!
I sort of suspected it would be a matter of experimentation.... I was just concerned that there might be a " never ever do this " method. Doesn't sound like there is, though. thanks again, ;D Ophelia |
