A good piece of furniture not previously owned by Anyone else in her family... A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE... Eight matching plates, Wine glasses with stems, And a recipe for a meal that will Make her guests feel honored. A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE... A feeling of control over Her destiny... EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW... How to fall in love Without losing herself... EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW... HOW TO QUIT A JOB BREAK UP WITH A LOVER AND CONFRONT A FRIEND WITHOUT RUINING THE FRIENDSHIP... EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW... When to try harder... and WHEN TO WALK AWAY.. EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW... That she can't change The length of her calves, The width of her hips, or The nature of her parents... EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW... That her childhood May not have been Perfect..but; Its over... EVERY WOMAN SH OULD KNOW... What she would and Wouldn't Do for love or more... EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW... How to live alone... even if She doesn't like it. EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW... Whom she can trust, Whom she can't, And why she shouldn't Take it personally.. EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW... Where to go... Be it to her best friend's kitchen table.. Or a charming inn in the woods... I post this here for all the beautiful women that I know visit here and wish you all only the best for you and your life. How empowering!
I would like to add to that: Every woman should know that even though she may be "half" of a couple, that does not make her half of a person. We are individual, whole, beautiful and completely capable of being on our own if and when necessary, we are a strong sex and our inner power is what makes us so amazing. |

I love that Bikerbraid, it's very inspiring.
Kathy: I was out maybe last year, and I'll never forget seeing a group of about 10 or 15 women together having a meal, they were all dressed in red, and wearing red hats. I'd wondered what that was about, but I guess they were "Red Hat Sisters"? I just looked it up on the internet, having never heard of it before, and The Red Hat Sisters also have a very inspiring message. I read on the official site that, they promote aging being something thats anticipated with excitement, and not something to dread. Thats definitely a wonderful message for women! :) |

The Red Hat Society is a great organization to promote women. As we get older we should not be forced to fit into someone elses idea of a mature woman. I say - ENJOY LIFE. Wear purple and red, have a ball!
When I turned 50, my hubby threw a surprise Red Hat party for me. All my gifts were red or purple. I am now the proud owner of 2 bike helmets that are red and purple - complete with flowers, birds and dingle-berries! |

I don't know, rodent, I kinda like the idea of a guy having a black lace bra. Maybe to find the right person to wear it?? ;D But on the other hand, the 1970 Corvette sounds good too. :D
