Every Sunday I sit in the same row in church (doesn't everybody?), and I sit in front of a couple in their late 80s, early 90s.  Today before the service, the gentleman said "Your hair always fascinates me."  I said thank you, then he said "Does your husband ever sing about your hair?"  When I said no, he started singing in a wonderful tenor voice "silver threads among the gold...".  I thanked him for his complement and felt like he made my day.  

Normally I wear my hair up for church, but yesterday I did a moisture treatment, then oiled, and my hair looked great this morning.  So I decided to leave it down and show my curls.  After church I tried to take a picture to show everyone, but the battery was dead, and I couldn't find a good one.  So everyone just has to take my word, I look good today.  LOL...

Oh pooh on that battery!  That is such a lovely compliment-I'd be smiling all day.  I hope you won't give up on a picture...I'd love to see your curls!!

That was very nice of the man to speak up.  I wish more people would vocalize their hair appreciation!   :)
