Lately I have been over heating alot. So much so I have to open the windows and strip! My hair also gets soaked. My doctor does not think that its pre menopause. This happens about a week or so before Aunt Flo. Anyone ever have this happen to them? I feel kinda strange. :'(

I sometimes sweat til I'm soaked the week before my moon, but only when I'm sleeping.

I think evening primrose oil helps-when you take it regularly. I guess then that its a PMS symptom.

I definately get PMS, though less bad when I exercise regularly and take EPO.

I'm happy i'm not the only one. ;) Still, I cannot take EPO as it will interact with the meds I take. I guess I'm running naked for a while! ::)
