Hello everyone.

My name is Tracy and I found this great site while searching for tips on how to grow healthy, long hair. I am glad to have found such a great resource for REAL, helpful advice from people who do not have an alterior motive (just a shared love of long, glorious locks). I am currently at a length of 21" and hope to get to 28" within a year. My hair is fine (strand diameter), thick, and slightly wavy. I would love to get feedback from others with the same hair type. ::)

Hello and welcome! You've come to the right place to get support for growing your hair long.

I have fine slightly wavy hair and there are others here with the same - I'm sure we can all work together to help you reach you growing goals.

I totally don't have your hair type (though your hair sounds very pretty), so I probably won't have much in the way of advice. But I hope that you're able to reach your 28" goal very soon.
