Hi ladies and gents :)

I being thinking about clarifying latley, I haven't used a clarifyer in two years! :-X So today I was at the mall and picked up Avalon Organics clarifying shampoo with lemon and shea butter at the health food store.  Has anyone ever tryed this one? Also when I do use it do I do my ACV rinse afterwards then my normal conditoner as ususal????? :-/

The vinegar rinse would not hurt anything if you used it after the shampoo - so I would say it is up to you if you still use it.  And yes, follow up with your usual conditioner.

Let us know how you like the shampoo.

I used the Avalon Organics line before I found Ouidad products and I really liked them.  I found the Lemon to be a bit drying for me, but then I do have dry hair.  I'd try it how you normally would and then decide if you need a bit of extra moisture if it dries you out, too.

Thanks Sakina! Yes, I was worried about it drying my hair out, thanks for the heads up! 8-)

Lisabelle, I love Avalon organics! I used their peppermint revitalising shampoo as a clarifier and I love it ! It is not as drying as the lemon. Another one I like alot is the Lavander, it smells wonderful! Naturegirl

Hi everyone!  I washed yesterday and had no problems with the lemon clarifyer! (thank gods!)  My hair did not feel squeaky after I rinesed it out and was quite soft! :) Phew!
