Oh dear!

Try sending the PM without responding to my PM.  The first record usually goes thru, but responses may not.  

That or you could copy your message before hitting Send. That way, if it doesn't go through, you don't lose everything you've just typed. Pain in the keister, isn't it?  :P

I was having the same problem, until eventually I just got frustrated and sent the PM as a new message.

FYI.....

We are aware that many times you might receive an error when you reply to a message that was a reply to your initial message.  We are working on finding a solution to that bug in the software.

Also.... if you have your settings so that you receive an email message whenever you receive a PM, you CANNOT reply to the email and have it go to the intended recipient.  If you do reply to the email, it will end up in Susan's email box and she will forward it to me and then I will have to PM you directly to let you know that the message did not go thru.  All PM's must be entered and sent from the LL Salon web page.
