I don't have much money to spend, but I'd love to participate if the gifts don't have to be that extravagant.

The suggested gift value is usually small - we try to make it reasonable for everyone. I also give people the option of specifying if they are willing to do an international mailing or not.

I'll get the guidelines worked up and posted in the next few days or so.

I'm in as well! I don't think there's any active members in my country, so international shipping is fine by me.

Once the list of participants is set, may I suggest that we each complete an entry stating some favorites? For instance favorite colors, hobbies, interests and what not. Also dislikes could be helpful, such as "I hate the color orange", or "nothing lemon scented".

Yay! Secret Santa, the delight of the dark days before Christmas!
I'm in as always and will ship anywhere. The ladies in the village post office know me by face now...maybe I'll start getting some secret discounts soon!

I think it's just a challenge to creativity to try to stay within the specified price (which has always been low).
