Anyone seen the new Christina Aguilera video "Fighter?"  As usual, she's sporting some pretty interesting 'dos.  I especially like the dark haired complicated braided style she wears after she "metamorphoses" and the light butterfly sequence ends.  Hate the blonde butterfly Brillo pad look, tho.

Course, you'd probably need about five feet of hair to accomplish the braided look ;)

I particularly liked her new look and video.  Although I'm biased being a bit of an alternative person (tho you'd never tell by looking at me!!) and I really love dark hair.

Wonder what her natural hair color is....

It kinda reminds me of Pink...she did something similar..went from pink hair & funky/hip hop to black hair and slightly alternative music.

Thanks for the compliments but you have me totally confuzzled.  What do you mean by the "v-pattern?"  If you mean the white, those are some of my very early hairstick designs (it's a promo picture for the LongLocks HairSticks Boutique).  You can see a bigger version of the pic here:

My hair was about 6" longer than would fit in the pic when it was taken, but it's a good bit longer now.

I meant looking at the picture of you posted in the "Show us your Locks" section...the bottom looks like it goes into a sort of "V' pattern.  Some women seem to have it cut straight across at the bottom and others seem to fall into a V.  Personally I kinda like the V pattern....it looks like a waterfall effect.

I'm actually laying down in that picture, with my head resting on my hand.  All my hair is sort of falling at an angle over the side of the bed.  My hair is actually blunt cut at the bottom with a slight curve at the sides.
