Post by JDgirl on May 15th, 2004 at 1:39am
ok...i need curls that look bunchier, shinier, and softer, but still long. haha i know it sounds impossible, but my hair was once like this. the product that i used was called curl up...i only had a sample of it so i had it for like a week haha. they sell it in a salon but its expensive...any other ideas for products like curl up?

Not being curly myself, I have no experience with these products, but I have heard from others that Ouidad products are specially made for curls.  They have a section on their site to profile your hair type and recommend products.  It might be worth checking out.

Hi JDgirl,

I went to the hairdresser's the other day and they used Redken's Fresh Curls Curl Boost on my hair. It's a clear, nonsticky spray, and made my curls tighter and more like ringlets than they usually are. I loved the effect and plan to buy this product when I run out of hair goop :-)

The only problem is it seems to be rather expensive. Good luck!
