Hi All,

I've stopped measuring and found that ::ta da!:: my hair feels and looks much longer than it would have.. if I hadn't stopped measuring. It's that wonderful distraction factor! ;D ;D ;D ;D Wish I'd started this abstinence earlier.

LOL! Great idea! I might stop measuring too once I reach 40" or something (if I ever get there! Should be a year with average growth rate!) I'm glad your hair is happier now! ;)

Hi Folks

Oh, I did a count once. It turned out to be 25-30 hairs in the shower that day. so I didn't count anymore-- that one time was just a comfort count ;) now that I know my loss range. Yaaaaay! (Now if only the layers were all gone.. but that's okay)
