i get like ten different results and with the way i cut my hair so uneven, i dunno if the results even matter lol.
somewhere between 89 cm and 90 cm, difficult to be more accurate so i'll take the average of 89.5 cm or 35 1/4". i was at 88.8cm / 35" exactly one month ago.  oh way, still 1/4" of gain despite all the trimming (i trimmed around 1/2" in march)
i should be happy then  ;D

april 22nd: trimmed for beautifying. oh well i evened out my ends (1 - 7mm trim, yes they were very uneven). i went from 90.5 - 91 to 90 - 90.5 cm. i give two numbers cuze apparently trimming in front of the body doesn't give an exact blunt cut on the back.

36.4 inches.  I feel like I've cut the tip off of every single strand of hair at least once with all of my s&d missions.  I also measured from a middle part down the length to get a more accurate measurement of the actual length of the strands which came out at 30.1.

i've been inspecting my hair after washing (in it's straight state) and i think i am around 2.5" away from tailbone, in the braided state at least 4" though,  and that's without counting the extra length needed for waves.

Leia, your length really snuck up on me! Last I checked, you were less than a yard (a cat unit)! :o

Congrats everyone on your growth :D

I measured mine again and did it correctly, I thought it was 23" but it is 22 1/2" or 57cm....from scalp to end (dry measure).  Going to keep track to see how much it grows and also does anyone know what is good for your hair in way of condiitoning to get that smoooth silky look.?? :)

Hi ladies

It seems like you're trying to link directly to the angelfire photo. Angelfire does not allow "hotlinking". Go to this site: http://tinypic.com/ and upload your photo. They'll provide a hotlink for you, which you can put into your profile as avatar. That should work.

HTH ;)

^ Ooooooooh, pretty!  ^_^

Question for everyone: the disparity between the various layers in my hair is somehow much bigger than it was when I started. How on earth do I measure it? I don't know whether to measure the front, the back, from hairline all the way to the ends (which would be cheating I think, because the hair in front right at my hairline is the shortest layer)...?

It's hard to get a reasonable estimate like this. I'm curious as to how you all measured if you had to go through layers.

I think the most informative thing to do would be to measure the length, then measure the shortest layer, and report both.
