When I was out shopping Satuday I saw a guy with a ponytail almost down to his waist.   He had it sectioned off with elastics down the length.  It looked like it was in good shape too.  (hair envy......sigh).   A guy with hair that long is an ususual sight around here.

i knew many guys in uni with long hair. i even met at least three with a hair length that would even cause jealousy on this board (two somewhere between classic and tailbone, another one with a ponytail down to his knees). strangely all of the extreme cases were dark blonds.

I have know many long haired guys over the years.  The boys in highschool had the long layered look and such shiny healthy hair!! ;)  My brother had long hair for awhile, thick and curly.  He hated it caused it curled and would not stay straight but he wanted it long :D  Years ago I dated a knight from the MSR, he had red hair past his shoulders plus a nice goatee.  I would frenchbraid it for him so it would not get messed up in his helm when he would practice.  He also had me braid his beard ::)  ::)---(comes down from cloud nine)  Ahem! LOL!

When I worked in the drugstore we use to have a stockboy who had long black hair down to his waist with big sideburns. he was a really sweet goth! ;D  He was told he MUST keep it in a ponytail or else...but when the manager left down came the mane ::)  His hair was originally red but he would dye it blue black.  He was a great model for the color and I would use him to show the male customers who wanted to go black an idea of how it could look on them.

Last but not least my hubby had long hair when I met him.  Light red, almost blonde and past his shoulders  ;)  Then one day I found him in my dorm room in a really bad mood.  He took off his hat to reveal a crew cut :o  His hair had gone green due to copper pipes in the dorm house so he had to have it all cut off!  :o  But he was still so cute!! :-*

Bear used to have waist length hair.. it was light brown with gold highlights from the sun. Yum ;D

I saw a guy yesterday with BEAUTIFUl hair.  I couldn't tell how long it was, as it was wraped up in a bun on the back of hs head, with a really cool hairstick in it.  It looked thin, so it was probably mid back length judging from the size of his bun.  It was just a somple twisted bun, but so neat! no frizz or fly-aways.  It was a rich brown and so smooth and shiney... hehe, he was really good looking too.  ;)

I feel so lucky...Here, Dept. of Philosophy has best male longhair sightings in the area, and I visit there weekly. Almost every time there's some good long hair sighting to brighten my day.  ;D

It was quite high up too, like not at the base of the bead near the neck like I often see.

For all you football widows or fans-- a defensive player for the Pittsburgh Steelers Tony P....(can't remember how to spell his last name) has long dark curly hair flowing out of his helmet.  Good player too, so I'm told ;)

bike week in daytona is a good tim to spot sampsons....about every third biker or so has long hair!

you guys.. ;D.....hubby used to have hair half way down his back - that was about 23 years and some change ago, before he went and signed up with Uncle Sam. Now he's retired for about a year and thinking about letting it grow again.......he can't get used to it having HAIR again. It drives him bananas. I really don't care what he does. I love him anyway  :)  :)  :)

And, hmmm, I go country line dancing every Friday night, and we have quiet a few sampsons in our group.  :)
