I love mint and chocolate, but not mint IN chocolate. Peppermint patties yum! Thin mint cookies, yuck. Yes, I'm picky.

how much i love the taste of FRESH mint leaves, so much i hate any kind of processed mint, going from chewing gum and yes chocolat too. but i wouldn't be surprised some really decent traditional chocolat producers could actually combine those two (thinking BELGIAN chocolat here).

I don't know if any traditional chocolate producers offer the combination (there's a thought! :D), but I do know you can get a few versions in UK (from British producers?). I think the "After Eight" mints (very thin squares of chocolate filled with mint) are quite well known. And yukkkk if you ask me!
But it seems the general consensus is pro-chocolatewithmint!!

I love the After Eight mints! I always buy a box and put the whole thing out when we have guests!
Mmmmmmmmm, haven't had those in a while. Grocery shopping tomorrow and they're on the top of the list!!!

I love chocolate and mint and when they are together they are almost even better 8-)

honestly, I'm *eh* on chocolate in general... but chocolate and mint, that's a whole nother story. I'm a mint fan, fresh, processed, I even like the color commonly known as "mint".

I want thin mint cookies now. :(

Due to an unfortunate childhood incident involving some sort of chocolate mint cookie, I can't stomach most combinations of chocolate and mint anymore. *However* I love Andes mints and Lindt has what I believe is a dark chocolate infused with mint bar. Now dark chocolate...mmmmmmmmm...I love dark chocolate. Not the Hersey cr** either. I'm talking the bars with 70%, 80%, 99% cocoa content that are sooooooo good. Darn, now I'm hungry!

I love the chocolate mint combo.

My favourite ice cream is mint & chip, York peppermint patties are one of my favourite candies and I love grasshopper cookies (Girl Scout Thin Mints are one example).
