what supplements does everyone think are best for thickening out thin hair? - I know biotin is very good from experience but am a little concerned with taking high amounts long term...
Does anyone have any other suggestions (but can't take kelp).... thanks |

I found Silica helped reduce shedding for me. MSM also has been beneficial for me in the shedding area.
