Hello everyone,

I just joined the group this week. Confgratulations to all you beautiful long hair lovers! I am a man with 32" long golden blonde hair. My hair was almost 37" recently before I trimmed several inches where the ends were thinning. I want to grow it as long as it will grow. I will certainly avail myself of any tips you wonderful people can provide. I have always loved long hair, but just decided to let mine grow in the past six years or so. Looking forward to reading all the posts!

Hey Jim! Now that we have all had the chance to see your hair - how about telling us how the red got there? Is it natural, henna, food coloring, semi-perm or permanent coloring?

(and how is your shoulder doing? I hope it is healing quickly!)

Bikerbraid,

I wish I knew how the red got there. I love red and blonde mixed and have often thought about coloring it redder. it's just natural sahde variations I guess. My hair is darker underneath than on top. I have colored the top some over the years. I will post more pics once I get the technique down. No spaces are needed around the [ and ]....I assume. Maybe the lighting made the red color show up like that. I want to put
that picture in the photos section. Thanks for all the compliments, ladies!!!!!
