Do the "dog days of summer" have you down??? :D  Well if you measure your hair when it is wet;soak your hair down with cool water to feel refreshed!!! ;D  This heat is causing frizz beyond belief, but cool water really helps!  I'm measuring in at 31 1/2 inches this month!!  How is everyone else doing????  Let's see some numbers!!!!!!! :)

22 ¾ inches for me. Woohoo!

Getting very close to my short-term goal.  :D

26 inches pour moi. But I'm having a trim in a few days so shall we say 24'' ?  ::)

I think I should put up some short-term goals too (woooo Angel Spun!  ;D) instead of just going "stiiiiill not to my hips!". A lot more positive energy-stuff going on then, you reckon?  ;)

Ooooh, and measuring my hair when wet would be a happiness-boost indeed, when wet it's reaches down to my tailbone instead of just below my waist.  :P

The most common way to measure is to use a soft measuring tape and start at the hairline on your forehead, drape the tape over the top of your head and down the back to the longest hair.

People with curly hair may do two measurements, one with the hair pulled straight and the other with the hair left natural.

Wet and dry hair will also give different measurements.  It does not matter which way, but for consistency, it should always be done the same way.
