Thanks for the suggestion.  I'm not sure if we can set up an option like that, but I'll do a little investigating.  

We do not do the programming of the software ourselves - it is an "out of the box" application that we just install.  There are options that we can turn on and off and there are modifications we that others have written that we might be able to install.  I will see if your request is a built in option or not and if not, is there a modification already out there that we might be able to add to the software.

However, I am not the person responsible for the maintenance of the software, Susan and her husband are, so any changes must go thru them.
