Title: Denman Brush
Post by GoddessCurls on Apr 28th, 2008 at 1:34pm
I have been checking out this site biracialhair.org and the women who runs it has waist length hair. She gives her methids and she uses a  Denman brush when it's wet and full of conditioner. What do you curlies think of that? Her hair is gorgeous and long so I guess she's doing something right.

Hey!  That's a cool site.  Her hair is super gorgeous!!!

I plan on trying a couple of her tips.  I'm more wavy so I think I will try finger combing first.  I think I have a brush similar to the Denman, maybe I'll try it though I'm leary of brushes.

If you try it, let us know how it goes!!

I've been pretty leary of brushes too. Her hair is just too nice though.  My hair is only about a 3A though I did manage to brush with a denman type brush last night while it was wet and full of conditioner. It did detangle pretty well, I didn't do the whole separating thing, which I might try tonight but so far it seemed to work pretty well. It made my scalp feel nice and leaving all that conditioner in didn't make my hair look producty like I thought it would. Well we'll see if I can make it part of my regular routine.
