Title: Wen Haircare Products.
Post by Blondie35 on Aug 29th, 2008 at 11:23am
Hi all,

Has anyone here tried the new product called, "Wen Haircare Products?"  I saw this product advertised on tv, and they showed a lot of the famous movie stars using it, and it really worked their hair wonders!!!  It left their hair looking and feeling very soft, healthy, and shiny.  The infomercial or advertisement said that it's a product all in one.  Instead of you having to shampoo, condition, deep condition, and use a leave in conditioner this product has all of that in one bottle.  They are calling it a cleansing conditioner.  You can use this instead of your regular shampoo.  They were a few movie stars on there that has been using these products for many years, and their hair look fabulous!!!  I've already purchased some, and I am planning on trying it.

I hope you like the products, be sure to let us know how it turns out.

Yeah, I have been reading and learning that a lot on these boards!!  I've been trying it myself too.  Instead of always shampooing 7 days out of the week I just rinse and CO daily, and take one or two days out of the week, and shampoo.  I think the guy that invented the products....his name is Chaz something.  I don't know his last name at the moment but he is a well-known hairstylist in California for the big movie stars and popular people. Now, for the first time he is breaking it to the public.

He was advertising it as infommercial on this passed Friday.  That's how I found out about it.  They also have a website too where you can purchase the products, and join their club as well.  I've joined their club only for $29.95 a month!!!!  So, every month they'll be sending me a 30-day's supply worth of the products!!!!  I am very excited to experiment with the products!!!  I can't wait until they arrived!!!!  I will try them out and let yall know how it turns out.  But I love just COing my hair on a daily basis instead of shampooing!!!  I think shampooing is very dangerous to the hair too.  It robs and dries out all of our hair's natural oils.  The detergants in shampoos strips away the natural oils.  I truly think that when I'm only rinsing and COing my hair on a daily basis I continuously adding the natural oils back into my hair.

His name is Chaz Dean.  He sells his products on QVC,the home shopping network.  He has gotten rave reviews for his products.  I have a girlfried who tried his stuff and she has nothing but great things to say!  Just an FYI ;)

Curlgirl64,

Yes, you are right.  It is Chaz Dean, and yes QVC is the channel I noticed him selling his products on.  I've juct received the order in the mail on yesterday.  First, I am gonna use up what I already have, and that is a full garage of 8 boxes worth of different hair products.  Then, I am going to try his new Wen Cleansing Conditioning Product.  I bet it is an excellent product!!!  But like the saying goes, "You should use up what you already have first, and then try out the new stuff."

I am not shamed to admit it that I'm a "hair product junkie."...LOL....I just loveeeeee trying and experimenting with different hair products!!!  But I don't have any problems with frizzieness.  I was just curious about how good Chaz Dean's products are, and I just wanted to give it a try.  I saw on the QVC's shopping channel that the some of popular people or movie stars that their hair looked soooooooo nice, smooth, soft, shiny, and healthy looking!!!

Sakina,

Oh yeah, I totally agree with you on that the people here on this website do a lot of CO's.  I also have been doing them myself ever since I've been coming here, and also since I've also learned about COing from this other lady from her longhaired website as well too.  Her website is:  wwww.jjjlonghairphotopage.zoomshare.com or you can go to www.google.com, and look up JJJLONGHAIR.  She's also a member of The Floor Length Hair Club2 at Yahoo as well.  She has the most beautiful long knee length lightest golden blonde hair in the world!!!!  She has some really really good methods of taking good care of her hair, and long hair!!!  She really really has some excellent shampooing and conditioning methods!!!!

Thank you all for your comments!!!!  As soon as I try the Wen Haircare Products I will let you know how it all turned out.

I have tried them before! I really like it, it leaves my hair very smooth, soft, less tangled and shiny.  I found the almond mint to be a little weighing down, so I then got the Cucumber Aloe which is supposed to be for fine or thin hair (which I have). It worked better for me than the mint one.  One con is that sometimes it doesn't leave my hair feeling fully clean on my scalp. Unfortunately they are really expensive and my parents can't afford to keep buying them. :| So right now I am searching for other inexpensive shampoos and conditioners.
