Title: Long Gray Hair
Post by Tanai on Sep 6th, 2008 at 6:55pm
I saw a woman today putting things into her car and she had long gray hair in a ponytail down to her hips. It was a lovely salt-and-pepper color but the ends needed a trim.  :P

Piece of advice...yes the fact that your ends are in desperate need of a trim is very noticeable.  :o Reminds me to be more diligent.

But still was cool to see long gray hair at all.  ;) No "poodle perm" in sight!  ;D

Wow that must have been beautiful.  :) Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever seen an older woman with long gray hair before....

I think any color hair looks better if properly maintained.  But long grey hair is a wonderful sight.

I dream of long grey hair when that time comes and I hope my hair is still strong enough for it.  If it's too thinning or weak, I'll go with the longest short length I can and no; I won't perm it.

I'm all for people doing with their hair, what makes them feel good and if having long hair makes a woman feel more attractive and good about herself then anyone who has a problem with that really need to examine the root of their negative feelings.

I wholeheartedly agree! And I don't believe that feeling attractive etc. has an age limit. I know it's the reason I'm growing my hair out.  ;)
