Hey everyone. I decided to do a piece of my hair wet but it has been towel dried a bit. Notice all the different lengths I have to work with? >:(

Your hair looks great - even wet! If you don't like the layers, you could pick a length to stay at while the rest catches up. It may not be fun to be stuck at a what appears to be one length for such a long time, but once you get everything to the same length, you are ready to let it grow as long as you want!

Your hair loks beautiful! What I did when I was growing out my bangs and I had 2 different lengths was just to chop it off when it got long enough. That was about a month ago, and now my hair is about one inch past my chin. To me, It seems like you get rid of them faster that way.

I think your hair is beautiful but I know too many layers are a hassle. I would follow Bikerhead's advice in your case until you're rid of the layers.
