ok its offically november where i live so still 14.3 as my hair decides to say :(

As I have previoulsy stated, I did not want to measure my hair until the 1st. I was right I lost 3" total. 1" less than I figured.

I am now at 21" and my hair feels fabulous. I am hoping to reload on my deep conditoner and hot oil treatments, for I have been out, along with my vitamins.

27" another half inch. Just fine, as long as it doesn't decide to stop growing for three months again.  >:( My hair is currently my longest ever.  8-)

I'm measuring at 24.25".  Not as much growth as I was hoping for, and I have a trim next week.

Still only have my metric measuring tape.  42cm/aprox. 16'5".  Same as September's measurement which was pre-trim so that's okay.  

Slowly,but surely I'm getting back!  This month I measure in at 34 inches.

I'm going to admit now that I'm guilty of not posting for October.Oops.But I juts checked and I am at 16 1/2 inches!Although it only looks about 16 inches(because of the weird curl pattern)it's growing!Last time I chceked/posted(sept.25th) I was at 14 3/4 inches.


So about 1 1/2 for 2 months!That's pretty good in my books.
Plus people have started commenting on how nice it looks and long it's getting.This is awesome.I never knew my hair could be so complemented on. :-[

23 inches.  Interresting.  My hair seems to be growing a lot faster than it was; it's like I'm not trimming at all.  I may make my goal sooner than I expected.   :)

I normally measure mid-month, but as I'm trying to get back to the beginning of the month, this isn't quite a full 30-day difference, so I'm not worried about slight growth.

Curly: 26 1/2"
Straight: (i.e. strand pulled to full length, how long my hair would be if it was straight) 31 3/4"

So I've decided to start recording my measurements without pulling my hair straight so that it actually looks like what its measured as.  And my measurement is...14"!.

I tend to measure both curly and straight because the spring factor of my hair changes depending on humidity, weather, how much I've been oiling/conditioning, etc.  So if I measure it pulled straight as well, it can act as a standard measurement.

Mine reaches right inbetween my shoulder blades and in front right past my collar bone(like an inches or two past)

I found out I've been completely measuring my hair wrong and that I am at 21 inches not 16 1/2.I know that sounds funny but what happened was I was measuring from the side and not from hair line back.Now I'm only about 6 months from my long term goal that was supposed to take me like a year or more!

My hair in front still has a lot of graduation and layering so I can't really judge what length that would've been otherwise.  I've got some that falls right to my shoulders at the sides in front and some that falls to a place below shoulders in the back to just below the third major spinal cord.  That's 44cm from hairline on me.  According to http://www.convert-me.com/en/convert/length that's 17.3".  Erh...I'm no mathematical genuis. :-[ ::) ;D

Your hair does look longer than mine so I'm not surprised that you've realized that it's really 21". :)  I'm very happy for you.  I can't wait until mine's just 20".  

Hmmm....I just measured 20" from my hairline and down the back and that's BSL on me.

Hairline-nape = 11.4"  I have a high forehead/hairline

Nape - Base of neck = Roughly3 or 4"

Hairline - waist = Roughly 26.3"  I'm very short waisted.

Oh, and I'm 4'10"ft.  

Just for the fun of it, the length from my hairline in front and to my ankles is aprox. 150cm/59.1" according to that measurement conversion site.  

This is becoming an unhealthy obsession. ;)

My hair measures at 31inches. I am thankful for that.
