Hi :)
I joined this site because when i was 14, i had hair to my knees....Over the past years it got so damaged, ive had to cut it so its hardly two inches long(from scalp to end)

in the next few years id like to grow it in at least to mid back again...
starting this year :)

tips and advice would be very much loved :D

Welcome aboard, Iliel. Nice to meet you. :)

The only things that I can really suggest are:

1. Patience
2. Regular trims
3. Gentle care
4. Quality products

You don't have to spend a fortune, but it helps to be mindful of what you're doing to and using on your hair at all times.
Also, it will benefit you to read this.

All the best.

Hi and welcome!  Wow!  You had hair to your knees-cool.  Thanks for sharing your hair pic in your avatar so we can see where you're starting from.  I think patience is the most important and perhaps hardest thing about starting a long hair journey.

Good Luck!!

thank you all :)

I know it will take a lot of love and Patience to grow it out long and healthy again...but believe me, never again will chemicals or heat sources touch my poor hair.

id love to get it down to lower back by the time im 25....

Welcome to LongLocks!  In some ways you now have an advantage over many who are growing out their hair.... You are starting fresh with healthy hair.  That can make the growing process much nicer.  Good luck!
