You might try contacting the one listed under California.  I don't recall where they are, but if they aren't close to San Francisco, they may be able to refer you to a salon that is.

Thanks for your speedy reply!  I saw the list for California and believe that Pasadena is the one listed.  I thought that maybe I could save me a bit of a trip.  However, if it's the closest one I may be vacationing there some time in the near future.  Thanks Again!
