Jules, you can twist your hair into a bun without a scrunchie or tie, then use a hairstick or two to hold it in place by inserting the hairstick near the center of the bun. Point the tip of the hairstick toward the ceiling as you put it in, then flip it so the tip is pointing toward the floor and catch some scalp hair "sewing" it in place as it comes out the other side.  Do the same with the second hairstick -- I usually need 2 sticks to hold my much shorter hair, but some people are able to do it with just one.  I actually use some mini-claw clips around the edge of the bun to hold my layered ends in place and it will stay all day at work.  Hope this makes sense, and helps!  I saw a website with video clips of using the sticks.  If I can locate it, I'll post it.

Darnit! Why does everyone else get to have cool dreams? Oh, right....because everyone else actually sleeps.  Roll Eyes

I personally have not had any long-haired dreams about myself. But a beloved friend recently told me that he dreamed that my hair was "very long." "Well past your shoulders," he said.

I still wonder just how long that was...but it's still cool!  Cheesy

LOL!  You are not alone Angel!  I don't dream either.  I so seldom get into the REM sleep due to my back and arthritis issues, that I don't dream.  I guess we have to live vicariously through others' dreams.  Grin
