Regis acquires Sally Beauty

I know a lot of you frequent Sally Beauty Supply for your hair treatment goodies. I thought you might be interested to know that Regis (salons and hair care products) just bought them out.

Here's an article that talks about the acuisitions and the impact it might have.

Regis' size will double with $2.6 billion deal

The most significant issue I see, is how this might impact the grey market of salon products being sold at places like Wal-mart and Walgreens.
