25"/63.5cm AND BSL Shocked
WAHOO!!!
(well, it depends on which "B" I'm wearing Roll Eyes but I'm counting it)

I was thinking of a small trim this month, but I may wait and enjoy having reached my first goal, FINALLY!  Patience pays off Grin Grin

Also, I measured my circumference and it is 3 1/2" -- last year it was 2 1/2"--
double WAHOO!!

**happy dance**  don't laugh, dancin' around a bum ankle in combat boots ain't funny....well, okay, it is extremely funny but I'm doin' it anyways Grin Grin Grin

Congrats PL!  I'll join in your dance so you don't feel so alone.  I've got my aircast and hightop boot on, along with my crutches - and for extra fashion, I'll wear my Barbie pink backpack!   Grin

Well, since I washed it this morning and it's curly now it is about 2 inches shorter than last month!!  I'll measure it tomorrow morning when it turns to waves and calms down alittle.  I hope it's either the same or abit longer......

ok,no late April's Fools joke,,,my hair shrunk!!!  I measured it and it went from 31 1/2 or 32 inches last month to 30 1/2 this month.......  I think it's because it's alittle frizzed and last month when I measured it it was straighter.  I won't panic Shocked  not much.  I'll have to measure it when I wash it again and then when it's wet and calm;I'll hopefully get a better reading....

Bummer, Curlgirl64! Sad  Did you measure wet last time?  Not having curly hair I don't have to deal with that issue when measuring.  Try to decide how you want to measure and then do the same thing each month -- make a note in your post to remind yourself how you did it.

Congrats, PreciousLocks! Cheesy

As for myself, it's about 31.8". I was at 31.0" at the beginning of March, so it looks like I had a growth spurt. ^^

ok,finally here it is..this month I'm at 32 inches.  I washed, white vinegar rinsed and conditioned my hair this morning.  After wide-tooth combing it I measured it and that's what I got.  So last month it was straight when I measured it probably because of the weather that most of my curls relaxed.  Now it's between curlie and wavy.  Ah,the mind of what curly hair wants to do!

26"  Angry same as last month, I'm so disapointed. especially since I started Hair skin & nail vitamins. Maybe I'm mis-measuring, I'll have mom give me a second opinion later.

Curlgirl64: I'm never alright.  Tongue  Roll Eyes  Grin
Measuring my hair would be a lot easier if I had another experienced longhair here to help me out.  Undecided

Rapunzel_wannabe: I took those Hair, Skin & Nail vitamins (mostly Biotin and C) for 4-5 months with zero results...think they're a scam. *shifty eyes*
It's way easier to just maintain a healthy diet and/or take a multivitamin. Sunny, warm weather (as found in my native SoCal) also seems to encourage hair growth...which I find somewhat ironic, given my preferences for a darker, colder climate.  Wink

Measured again yesterday & hair is definitely longer than 21." It may be 21 1/8" or 21 1/4"....couldn't really tell.  Undecided

Curlygirl: when I measure, I take the front protion and pull it stright to measure, so I don't have to worry about measuring how curly it is today.

So, my monthly measurement is 26 inches. Yeah, one more inch!

yay meg Smiley one more inch!!!  The first time I measured it was a few days after using my Maxiglide Shocked  Since I read everyone's feedback on different "utensils" I haven't used it.  Oh well, there goes $90 bucks! Sad  Anyway, when I measured again it was wet and I tried to get it as straight as possible without stressing my hair.  Like Angel,I sure could use another Longhaired here to help!! Grin

Okay measure up time for me too! I last measured in January and it was 26 inches long. Since then I've had a couple of trims to get rid of some damaged ends, but April's measurement sees me at 28 inches!  Smiley Quite happy with that!

Thanks!  Grin I wasn't sure if that was good going or not, since I've never kept a record of my hair growth before now! I still check the site virtually every week, but don't always post, but I'm still around Wink
