Hairstyle ideas
Nov 4th, 2006 at 7:39pm

Undecided I was wondering if anyone can help me out with some hairstyle ideas. I have a small head and facial features. My forehead is a little on the big side. My hair is quite long, midway down my back, with minimal layers. It is fine and very straight. it does not hold a curl very well. I am growing out my bangs which are now almost enough to tuck behind my ears. I usually use bobby pins to clip up my bangs in a "poof" or I put some mousse for lift and scrunch it into my roots and let it do its own thing. Sometimes I wear a hairband but I wonder if my forehead looks large. Sometimes (very boring look) I side part it. I love long hair and was wondering if there are any better ideas to make it more fun, funky and full of life. Thank you for your help!

Welcome to Longlocks, Vegas!

Unfortunately, I don't have any suggestions.  I have the opposite bone structure and wavy hair.

If there any celebrities that have similar features you could look them up and get some styling ideas from that.

Sorry I'm not more help.

Good Luck!!!

Hi and welcome!

I would think a side part would be good for minimizing a high forehead.  You could use the side part so the hair drapes over the forehead a bit and use a head band to keep the hair out of your face.

Sakina's suggestion of looking for celebrities with similar features is a great one too!
