Hair Routines
Feb 13th, 2008 at 9:28pm

hey curly girlies
I'm just wondering what everyones hair routine is like?

I've been playing around with a few things, and right now mine (on average) looks like this:
1: comb through leave in conditioner
2. Diivide hair in 4 sections and distribute Beyond the zone Noodle Head Hair Cream
3. Pantene scrunching mousse
4. Diffuse or Air Dry

I'm just wondering what others out there do, I'll try to post a pic of my results later.

Welp,my routine right now is wash with a shampoo bar or all natural lavender shampoo, condition with either Biolage balm or all natural lavender conditioner, cold water rinse, squeeze out water with microfiber towel, wide tooth comb hair and oil ends with either jojoba or camellia oil.  Air dry and then aloe vera gel to keep frizzies at bay.  I usually wear a bun.

my hair is more wavy than curly, what i do is CSC wash and then scrunch my hair with a towel and add a bit of aloe vera gel again for the frizz control factor and then air dry, simple but works for me. I sometimes pin curl the top for more body if im going out!

sure, I do this damp hair, just get a section of hair the smaller the section the wavier the hair will be, and curl it round your finger, then press it flat to your head and pin,(do this all over your head, you may need help with the back.
you can also curl your hair round the length of your finger and pin through the middle of the coil for more ringlet type curls, which are great for a growing out fringe!

Also rag rolling is great too, just cut up an old sock and wrap your hair round it, curl the sock up, taking your hair with it and then just tie the sock, with the hair contained.

hope I make sense, im terrible at explaining things!

hopr this helps xxx

Thanks so much Joanna! I'm not so good with the pins.. I will try the rag curls though... sounds much easier!
