I also use California Baby sensitive skin shampoo as an alternate. I've checked out naturallycurly.com's products and frankly get overwhelmed. Also, I'm working in homemade herbal rinses and protein treatments so I know there's not any synthetics in what I make.

These are two of my favorites to use. If you are blonde you might like to use chammomile as one of your choices.

Last question though because I'm still sort of clueless... how exactly to these rinses work/what is the effect? Sorry if that sounds kind of stupid, but like I said I'm completely clueless when it comes to this!
