Trader Joe's moisturizing shampoo
Jan 30th, 2009 at 9:56am

The bottle says nourish spa on it really big, and at the top it says trader joe's shampoo, balanced moisturizing.  It has no 'cones, no lauryl/eth sulfates, is cruelty free and uses some organic ingredients.  It was about $3.50 for a 16.9 oz(500mL) bottle

This shampoo didn't work for me.  I didn't get the sense that it was cleaning my quite oily scalp enough.  I shampoo twice a week, and by the evening of the day after washing my scalp was much greasier than I like, even when I did an ACV rince after.

It may work for you if your scalp is quite dry, and if you prefer organic/cruelty free/no 'cones/no sulfates products.

I've kept using this shampoo, and actually, it's not that bad.  Maybe my scalp was just adjusting to no sulfates.

Hi Skyfire!  Have you tried using regular white distilled vinegar, instead of apple cider vinegar?  I have oily skin too it seems, and the white distilled kept my scalp less oily:)  Just a thought Cheesy
