There are only five special order versions of this design available. Please note that all beads in this art glass set differ slightly in design.
Hand crafted lampwork beads are painstakingly created one at a time by bead artists using specialized glass and a high temperature propane torch. Each bead has its own character and is in itself a work of art. A true bead artist brings incredible depth to each bead, and each artist has their own signature style. Indeed the designs, and even the beads themselves, are as individual and as varied as the artists who create them.
The end of each of these hair accessories is adorned with a magnificent cherry red, ivory and silver lampwork bead, each in a different design, hand made by the glass artists of Enchanted Dreams Jewels. Both of these gorgeous lampwork beads are nestled into a Turkish sterling silver bead cap. Two silver plated cherry red aurora borealis rhinestone rondelles occupy the center position. Rare vintage Swarovski Light Siam Aurora Borealis crystals, topped with Turkish sterling silver bead caps, sit below. Silver plated heishi beads complete the design. The hair sticks are crafted of bone, carved into elegant twists and hand painted in satiny cherry red under layers of protective clear enamel. These one-of-a-kind special edition Longlocks hair accessories measure 5 3/4" long from end to end.
