New LongLocks ZenStix Hair Pins Added to the LongLocks Catalog!

Gypsy Rose Special Edition LongLocks ZenStixNew ZenStix Designs

Five new LongLocks ZenStix designs have been posted in the LongLocks hair jewelry catalog, two “last chance” special order designs have been posted in Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow,  and the Special Edition Designs page has been updated!

The Bad  News

I’m sure most of the “old timers” recall that I had to retire ZenStix a couplefew years ago because I couldn’t get any more of the wrapped bamboo sticks, and then was able to bring them out of retirement again when I found a stash of them I didn’t know I had.  I am once again getting down to the last of my supply of bamboo sticks, and even after all these years have been unsuccessful in finding a new supplier for them.  Depending on how many special orders are placed for Zens in the meantime, these may be the last time the style is updated.  If it’s not this time, it will certainly be the next (but I don’t really anticipate them making it past this update).  This means if you have your heart set on a pair of ZenStix and you want to know if I have something in the archive in a particular color or bead of which I can do a special order version for you, now is the time to ask!

More Regarding PRX

Has anyone been listening to PRX? They have been playing this hilarious  recording of parents interviewing their two little kids after one cut off all the other one’s butt-length hair, and I of course thought of LongLocks fans when I heard it. If you’re enjoying the PRX stream, please let me know! Don’t forget I added a permanent link to the player on the What’s New page right below the search box at the top, so you can easily start the player in a new browser window anytime you like (you’ll have to keep the player window open to keep the stream playing).

Today’s Tip: Find that you’re losing a lot more hair recently?  Have your thyroid checked, excessive hair shedding is often a sign of thyroid trouble!
