Today’s Tip: Regularly trimming your hair will keep splits from moving up the hair shaft and weakening more than just the ends. Remember, hair grows a half inch a month on average, so trim according to your goals… a half inch monthly for healthy maintenance, less often if you want to grow your locks longer.
