Post by Beesan16 on Sep 16th, 2005 at 7:46pm
Ok, i have three questions:

*Has anybody tried Infusium 23 complete frizz control? results?

*Anybody used Nexxus products?Results?

*And how about Infusium 23 in general?

Thanks in advance :)

Hi!

I used Infusium 23's leave in conditioner for a while. It wasn't my favorite  :-X because it made my hair stick together. I think it has some silicone in it too.

I have tried the Nexxus products, and while the shampoos worked rather well (especially the Pep-r-mint herbal shampoo),the conditioners were absolutely the worst for my hair. The Humectress Conditioner left my hair very dry & coated ,but the *worst* conditioner ever was their Vita Tress Cystine treatment -it turned my hair into total straw. If I remember correctly, one of the ingredients was some kind of sulfonic acid :(
But my hair is very fine,I have heard from others with thick, coarse hair that especially the Humectress cond.works very well for them :)
Hope that helps :)

Infusium left my hair very sticky :(. I'm using Nature's Gates and Jasons shampoos and conditioners now! Right now I like rose water conditioner from Jasons (it has silicone though and I have fine hair...so I'm testing ti out..) and I have rain water herbal shampoo from nature's gate. Thy're also organic and affordable. I think I payed 5.99 for each.

I bought & tried the leave in conditioner from Infusium a while ago, I didn't care for it at all, left my hair feeling yucky- the bottles still almost full and just sitting there.  I used to use the Biolage Leave-In, I was always happy with that, should have just stuck to it!  As for Nexxus products, I have no experience.

My best friend uses both of those products with great success but her hair is very thick, the individual hairs are thick and she has alot of hair.  Her hair is also very curly.  She left me some when she moved to Germany but on my straight thinner hair it did not work at all.

I actually really like Infusium 23's leave in conditioner. I have very fine hair, and it works great on keeping broken ends and flyaways 'together' with the rest of my hair.

I hate the bottle design, so i went and got myself a spray bottle, filled it with the conditioner- and i just give my head a healthy sprits before smoothing down all my hair.  I like that the conditioner is thin, and i dont feel it when i end up playing with my hair.
