You know, I wasn't impressed at all with the shampoo or the conditioner. The shampoo seemed to coat my hair with a heavy layer of slime and didn't feel like it was really cleaning. The conditioner just seemed too thin and I seem to remember it burning my skin a bit...but I might be wrong.    Both also contain oil, which is like death for my skin, so after only a few uses, I gave them to my sister.

We also got the shine/sleeking serum, but I never used it. It looked way too heavy for my hair.

But ya know? That's the proof that what fails miserably for one person might work wonders for someone else. Your hair is as unique as your fingerprint, after all.
