An exercise in technical perfection, SwarovskiŽ crystal has been manufactured in the Austrian Alps since the late 19th century. The building in which it is manufactured is heavily guarded to protect the company's trade secrets. Clear as spring water and entirely free of internal flaws, Swarovski is considered the finest crystal in the world and is characterized by razor-sharp facets, outstanding clarity, rich saturated colors and spectacular prismatic brilliance.
A breathtaking Swarovski Siam heart crystal, a Swarovski Siam bicone crystal, and a Swarovski Comet Argent bicone crystal that has a rhodium finish that sparkles like sterling silver, dangle at the end of each hair pin. Two Swarovski Comet Argent bicone crystals nestled into silver plated filigree bead caps, and a silver plated Siam red crystal rhinestone rondelle, adorn each hair stick. Silver plated heishi beads complete the design. The hair sticks are crafted of bone, carved into elegant twists and hand painted in satiny Siam red under layers of protective clear enamel. These one-of-a-kind LongLocks hair accessories measure 5 3/4" long from end to end (excluding dangle).
