LongLocks HairSticks and accessories are one-of-a-kind works of art for your hair. Longlocks HairSticks jewelry designs are suited for everything from business attire to a wedding ensemble, and are perfect as a romantic gift or a well-deserved indulgence. We are happy to ship our designs to worldwide destinations! If you would like to place an order, there are several payment options from which you may choose.

Credit Card Payment via Secure Shopping Cart:

Credit card information entered into the Secure Shopping Cart is processed on a secure server for your protection. Browse the Hair Jewelry Catalog to find the style of LongLocks HairSticks or jewelry design that suits you best. Once a style is selected, several designs in that style will be presented. Select any hair ornaments within your chosen style and a new browser will open to display closeup pictures of the hair sticks and a description of components used in the design. If you would like to purchase the hair accessories via a Visa, Mastercard or Discover Card, click the "Add to Cart" button at the bottom of the item description and you will enter the Secure Shopping Cart. If you would like to continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button. Click the "Review Cart or Checkout" link when you are ready to purchase the items in your shopping cart. Choose the appropriate shipping category from the shipping options drop-down list and click "Add Shipping." Select your desired shipping method and click "Add Shipping." Select your state from the US State drop-down list. Click "Go to Payments" and complete the presented form with the required information. Click "Continue." Select the "Credit Card" radio button from the Payment Options list. Click "Continue." Enter your name as it appears on the card. Choose the Card Type from the drop down menu (VISA, Mastercard or Discover). Enter the card number. Enter the Card Verification Number (the last three digits on the signature strip located on the back of the card). Choose the Expiration Date from the drop down menus. Click SSL Secure Payment. Your order will be placed on the secure server and you will receive an order confirmation and payment receipt via email.

Phone ordering is available between noon and midnight seven days a week. Messages left at other times with a callback request will be returned within 24 hours of receipt.

Payment may be made via regular mail. Browse the Hair Jewelry Catalog to find the style of LongLocks HairSticks or jewelry design that suits you best. Once a style is selected, several designs in that style will be presented. Select any hair pins within your chosen style and a new browser will open to display closeup pictures of the hairsticks and a description of components used in the design. If you would like to reserve a pair of hairsticks to make a check, cashier's check, or money order payment by regular mail, click the "Add to Cart" button at the bottom of the item description and you will enter the Shopping Cart. If you would like to continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button. Click the "Review Cart or Checkout" link when you are ready to purchase the items in your shopping cart. Choose the appropriate shipping category from the shipping options drop-down list and click "Add Shipping." Select your desired shipping method and click "Add Shipping." Select your state from the US State drop-down list. Make note of the total payment due. Click "Go to Payments" and complete the presented form with the required information. Click "Continue." Select the "Money Order," "Check," or "Cashier's Check" radio button from the Payment Options list, as appropriate. Click "Continue" and you will be presented with the address to which to send your payment, which is also referenced below. Payment must be received within ten days of reservation or reserved item(s) will be returned to "for sale" status in the boutique. Money order and cashier's check payments will ship upon receipt. Check payments will ship approximately twelve business days after receipt. International regular mail payments must be made by money order in U.S. funds. Please note that we regard a reservation as a contract to purchase the item(s). Should you cancel a reservation, we will be unable to accept reservations for check or money order payment from your account again in the future, though you are always welcome to make purchases via credit card.

PayPal Payment via Secure Shopping Cart:

LongLocks HairSticks is a PayPal Verified Premier Member. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, eCheck and bank transfer payments through PayPal but you must request an invoice for your order. Browse the Hair Jewelry Catalog to find the style of LongLocks HairSticks or jewelry design that suits you best. Once a style is selected, several designs in that style will be presented. Select any hair ornaments within your chosen style and a new browser will open to display closeup pictures of the hairsticks and a description of components used in the design. If you would like to purchase the hairsticks via PayPal, click the "Add to Cart" link at the bottom of the item description and you will enter the Secure Shopping Cart. If you would like to continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button. Click the "Review Cart or Checkout" link when you are ready to purchase the items in your shopping cart. Choose the appropriate shipping category from the shipping options drop-down list and click "Add Shipping." Select your desired shipping method and click "Add Shipping." Select your state from the US State drop-down list. Click "Go to Payments" and complete the presented form with the required information. Click "Continue." Select the "Request Paypal Invoice" radio button from the Payment Options list. Click "Continue." We will send you a PayPal Invoice (Money Request) once we receive your order. PayPal payments are due upon receipt of the invoice. Please note that all shipments made via eCheck or bank transfer payments are made only after the payment has cleared.

We now offer a layaway plan for many LongLocks HairSticks Boutique purchases. Depending on the design(s) you choose, the total of your order will be divided by two or three payments, due every 30 days (the number of payments will appear after "LockAway" on each item in the shopping cart). Each total order is charged a single $5 non refundable processing fee, which is added to your first payment. Items placed on the LongLocks LockAway Plan will appear as "Locked Away" in the LongLocks HairSticks Boutique. You may use any of our accepted payment methods with the LongLocks LockAway Plan. Credit card payments will be billed automatically. Check or money order payments may be made according to the schedule provided with your reservation confirmation. Except for special orders, LockAway purchases are mailed our first shipping day after the final payment is received (or after the mandatory 12 business day hold on checks). Should you default on making payments as outlined in the payment schedule, all previous payments will be refunded via the same method made, less the $5 processing fee, and your locked away items will return to "for sale" status in the LongLocks HairSticks Boutique. You cannot add to an established LockAway order, but you are welcome to establish as many LockAway orders as you like. You cannot cancel part of an established LongLocks LockAway order, only the entire order may be canceled. Should you choose to once again reserve items under the LongLocks LockAway Plan from an order that was canceled for any reason, the new order will incur an additional non refundable $5 fee. Items purchased on the LongLocks LockAway Plan are not qualifying Collectors Club purchases; however, earned Collectors Club gift certificates may be applied towards payment. Custom orders and any item that does not include a LongLocks LockAway link do not qualify for the LongLocks LockAway Plan.

Choose "LockAway Layaway Options" from the shipping options drop-down list and click "Add Shipping." Select your desired shipping method (which includes the $5 non refundable LockAway processing fee) and click "Add Shipping." Select your state from the US State drop-down list. Click "Go to Payments" and complete the presented form with the required information. Click "Continue." Select your desired payment method from the Payment Options list. Follow the directions above for your chosen payment method. Your order will be placed on the secure server and you will receive a confirmation, a receipt and a payment schedule via email.

Gift Certificate Payment via Shopping Cart:

Browse the Hair Jewelry Catalog to find the style of LongLocks HairSticks that suits you best. Once a style is selected, several designs in that style will be presented. Select any hair ornaments or jewelry design within your chosen style and a new browser will open to display closeup pictures of the hairsticks and a description of components used in the design. If you would like to use your gift certificate to purchase the hairsticks, click the "Add to Cart" button at the bottom of the item description and you will enter the Secure Shopping Cart. If you would like to continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button. Click the "Review Cart or Checkout" link when you are ready to purchase the items in your shopping cart. When you are done shopping, choose the appropriate shipping category from the shipping options drop-down list and click "Add Shipping" (do not choose "Custom Deposit/Certificates," this designation is for the purchase of gift certificates) Select your desired shipping method and click "Add Shipping." Select your state from the US State drop-down list. Click "Go to Payments" and complete the presented form with the required information. Click "Continue." Select the "Gift Certificate" radio button from the Payment Options list. Click "Continue." Enter the required email, gift certificate ID number, and issue amount information. Should the issue amount be greater than the total for the order, you will be credited the difference toward a future purchase. Should the issue amount be less than the total for the order, you will be contacted with options for making payment on the remaining balance.

Standard shipping charges for orders less than $250 sent anywhere in the United States via first class mail is $6.75, and increase slightly in proportion to the size of the order. LongLocks HairSticks Collectors Club members are entitled to free domestic first class shipping on single orders totaling over $125 after discounts, or may upgrade to Priority Mail shipping for a reduced fee of $6.75 for single orders over $125 (please note these discounts will not appear in the shopping cart and will be applied when your order is processed). Orders may be shipped via Priority Mail (with an average delivery time of three business days) or Express Mail (orders placed before 6pm will be shipped the next morning for express delivery, which is guaranteed within 1-2 business days depending on your location), for an additional charge. International orders are shipped once weekly via Insured Registered Mail at a charge of $17.00 (except Canada, which is $9.95) for orders totaling less than $300 and are only shipped to the verified credit card billing address. Domestic and international orders totaling over $300, including those made by Collectors Club members, are subject to additional insurance fees. LongLocks HairSticks display cases and trays ship domestically via Priority Mail only. Display cases shipped to international destinations are shipped via Global Priority whenever possible (and via Airmail Parcel Post when Global Priority is not available).

Shipments:

Shipments are made at least twice a week. Orders placed via credit card, money order, cashier's check or gift certificate payment will be included in the first feasible shipment after receipt. Orders placed with check payments will be held for twelve business days and mailed with the first shipment after the required waiting period. All items are shipped insured. Please allow 30 days before insurance claims can be processed (longer for international claims). In the event that an insurance claim is filed and the customer does not want their order replaced, the original purchase price will be refunded. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. If a package shipped to an APO/FPO address fails to arrive safely, we will not subsequently ship to the same address.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates may be purchased in $25, $50, $100, $150, and $250 denominations. Gift certificates may be redeemed for a full year from the date of issue. Gift certificates have no cash value and may not be exchanged or refunded. Any unused balance remaining after a purchase will be credited toward a future purchase. Gift certificates do not earn credit as a Collectors Club purchase; however, Collectors Club Members using a standard LongLocks HairSticks Boutique gift certificate do qualify for the 5% Collectors Club discount. We ship gift certificates anywhere in the world via first class mail free of charge. Gift certificates may also be delivered via e-mail, if desired.

Custom Orders:

I do a tremendous amount of custom work for a wide variety of occasions, and I am always happy to discuss creating a custom design with my customers. Please keep in mind that my custom work schedule usually fills up very quickly, so if you require the jewelry for a special event it is best to request your design at least a year in advance. Please contact me for details about creating your own custom LongLocks HairSticks design.

Special Orders (Duplicating Existing Designs):

I am often asked to duplicate a design that has already sold to another LongLocks customer. Because an important part of the LongLocks HairSticks Philosophy is that everyone who purchases a pair of LongLocks HairSticks knows they alone own that design, I cannot exactly duplicate a design that was purchased by someone else; however, I am always happy to create something extremely similar to an existing design, incorporating a small change so you know your hair jewelry is unique to you (to preserve the essential aspects of the design, focal components and basic colors will never differ from the original). Please feel free to contact me if you would like me to create your own personal version of an existing design. Should you purchase a LongLocks HairSticks design of which you would like additional copies made, we can usually accommodate you (depending on the availability of required vintage components or art glass). There is no special order charge for additional copies of hair sticks ordered before your original pair is shipped. Please allow approximately 8-10 weeks for completion of a special order design. Note that this is a time approximation that may move forward or back slightly depending on our current workload and the number of designs in your order. You may arrange to use the LongLocks LockAway layaway plan for special orders; however, the process of creating them will not begin until the second LockAway payment is made. Each design incurs a nonrefundable special order fee of $5.00 (this fee is already reflected when placing an order from a designated special order design page). Before work begins, special orders may be canceled and all payments less any applicable nonrefundable fees will be refunded. Once work has begun on a special order design, it cannot be canceled. We will notify you once your special order design is completed and pending shipment.

Quantity Wholesale Discounts:

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of LongLocks HairSticks and the tremendous increase in demand for them we have experienced, we unfortunately are no longer able to offer our designs at wholesale.

Paper Catalogs:

Unfortunately, because LongLocks HairSticks designs are one-of-a-kind, it is impossible to print a paper catalog that would remain current for any length of time. The online catalog is maintained on a daily basis and is always current.

LongLocks HairSticks are guaranteed to please. Unworn hair accessories and unused Waltzing Willow jewelry may be returned for exchange, credit or a full refund less any shipping or associated charges, but must arrive at LongLocks in their original packaging and condition within ten days of arrival at their destination (as reported by the USPS Delivery Confirmation status report). Orders originally qualifying for free shipping are subject to application of standard shipping fees upon full or partial returns if the balance of the order falls under $100. Our apologies but worn jewelry, clearance items, special orders and custom made designs may not be returned.
