There are only three special order versions of this design available.
Hand crafted lampwork beads are painstakingly created one at a time by bead artists using specialized glass and a high temperature propane torch. Each bead has its own character and is in itself a work of art. A true bead artist brings incredible depth to each bead, and each artist has their own signature style. Indeed the designs, and even the beads themselves, are as individual and as varied as the artists who create them.
The end of each of these hair accessories is adorned with an incomparable jet black and Siam red lampwork bead, hand crafted by glass artist Jena Moore, nestled into a Turkish sterling silver filigree bead cap. A Swarovski Jet cushion crystal occupies the center position. A Swarovski Siam Satin bicone crystal, topped with an ornate Turkish sterling silver filigree bead cap, sits below. Silver plated heishi beads complete the hair jewelry design. The hair sticks are dyed black bone, finished with a glittering holographic special effect lacquer that flashes a multicolor rainbow of tiny sparkles, under layers of protective clear enamel. These one-of-a-kind special edition LongLocks hair accessories measure 5 3/4" long from end to end.
