I was lurking(love that word, makes me feel like a CIA type hair spy) heh heh heh, on another board (Long Hair Community) yesterday and I came across the hair picture of a member named Elle.  Elle's hair texture looks like mine.  Straight/wavy combo.  It even looks as thick as mine.  Now there are 2 main differances.
1.  Her color is dark as mine is red-gold/white.  yes, my hair is changing along with my body.
2.   Length.  Her length is my goal.  I am hoping with good care, oiling and s &d, my hair will achieve that length.
I measured it yesterday and that length is ONLY 14 inches away.  As my hair is growing an inch a month, even with mini-trims, perhaps 1/2 inch every 3 months, I should be there in about 1 1/2 years.  Not long now.  woooohoooo  .   Debr

Hi Blondstorm, sorry I cant help you cuz I can only *see* her from the back.  Its a picture of her hair.  In the photo her hair looks dark.  It is knee length tho.  My hair will be there in 14 months give a trim or 2.

Hi Kiraela, yeah, I thought about joining them at one time, but they wanted to charge a small fee.  I think its about $5 a year, but I am not paying.  So---here I am.  Glad they dont charge for these boards.  I have been able to learn so much about long hair care.
